All Emotibears products are supplied as digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.
How You Will Receive Your Order
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital product(s) will be made available for download. You may also receive a confirmation email containing your download link or instructions for accessing your purchase.
Delivery Charges
As all products are delivered electronically, there are no delivery or shipping charges.

As all Emotibears products are digital downloads, we are generally unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

- content that is significantly different from its description,
please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or a refund in accordance with your legal rights.
